Are containers weather proof?
Yes, each container is inspected prior to delivering to your site.

Refer to our web site accessory list for other items that are helpful in meeting your storage needs. Or, simply ask your sales representative, they’ll be glad to help you.
Do I need to be on site for the delivery?
We have found it is the best interest of our customer to have a person at the delivery site.
Placing the container is an important part of the process, saving time and money.
How do you deliver a container and how much space is needed?
Our deliveries are made using a tilt bed trailer. The container slides off the trailer as the trailer tilts up for safe, exact placement.
The total length of the delivery truck and trailer is anywhere from 54 feet to 70 feet long. Typically we need at least 75 feet for the 54 foot and 110 foot for the 70 foot. If there’s any question concerning space to accommodate delivery, contact us and we’ll send our operations manager out to look at options to meet your needs safely.
What do I need to do to prepare my site?
You want the surface to be fairly level, smooth, and firm. We deliver on cement, pavement, asphalt, gravel, dirt and grassy surfaces. If ground conditions are soft, please inform us so we can bring supports for the container.
What’s the cost of delivery and pickup?
There is a lot of variables to consider. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to give you a quote. You’ll find that we are very competitive.
What if I need to move the container, either on the same site, or, to a different site?
Simply contact us and we will relocate your box for you.
Do you offer container storage at your site?
Yes. If you are between moves or jobs and don’t want to unload your rented container, we’d be happy to store it at our site.
How will I be invoiced?
We charge weekly and invoice every 28 days. We expect to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. We can also arrange for automatic billing on your Visa, or Mastercard.
How secure are your containers?
Storage containers are made of heavy duty 14 gauge steel, making it extremely difficult to cut through. Most units have dual locking cam bars for each door. You can put up to four locks on each container if you wanted to. In addition, we offer security locks that are designed just for containers.
Can you modify containers and if so, what is available?
The possibilities are endless and is only limited by your imagination.
Work shops, offices, even garages when you space two containers apart and put a roof between the two. You then have a garage with storage space on each side. Contact us and we’ll help design what fits your needs.
How do I become a customer?
We walk you through this process by first ensuring you have everything you need. Then, first time customers will need to fill out a rental agreement with details of your order. Since you are a new customer, we collect for the delivery cost and first months rent.
You may do this COD, or, you can use your visa or mastercard. Starting the next month we will mail invoices every four weeks with Net 30 Day payment terms. On purchases, it’s on a COD basis, we accept credit card, cashier's check, money order, or company check.
Do I need to insure the container?
No, but you are responsible for damage that is caused by you or by one of your employees.
We offer a damage waiver for $5/month that covers the cost of any reasonable amount of damage from usage to the container. Theft and Fire are not included in the waiver.
